Lincoln's West Regional Office, based in Phoenix, Arizona, has developed in excess of 2.8 million square feet, acquired 2.2 million square feet and manages over 4.3 million square feet of commercial space. Lincoln has been awarded the "2006 Spec Industrial Development of the Year - 100,000 to 250,000 Square Feet" for Lincoln Sky Harbor and the "2006 Spec Industrial Development of the Year - Greater than 250,000 Square Feet" for Broadway 101 Commerce Park by the Arizona Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Lincoln has also been recognized by NAIOP as "Developer of the Year" and been awarded "Office Build to Suit Development of the Year" for the ASU Foundation.
