Above, please view the direct access that Maritime Plaza II has to the East Gate of the Navy Yard. The total walk to Building 197 is 9 minutes, most of which is within the Navy Yard itself. The access to the East Gate is available to Maritime Plaza tenants and their clients directly from the south end of Maritime Plaza Phase II.
