The above site plan illustrates Maritime Plaza Phases I-V with a possible on-site
hotel. Maritime Plaza’s major competitive advantage is its abundance of
land which enables the creation of a superior open-air environment complete
with a spectacular central plaza. Surface parking and park-like setting
is unavailable at other locations near the Navy Yard or anywhere else in
Washington, DC. The central plaza will create an environment that is convenient
and accessible for tenant employees to relax outside from an intense workday.
Parking Initially, parking is provided in an on-site
parking lot adjacent to Phase I and II. As the project progresses and
Phases III, IV and II or the hotel are completed, an above ground deck will
