PropertyLogic™ provides a full service lease administration system that is browser based, fully web enabled, and accessible by anyone from anywhere. The system allows for a flexible lease administration system database, highly customizable reporting features, and the ability to scan original lease documents that are indexed to the abstract information. What this enables a user to do is to cross reference information they choose to maintain in a lease abstract with the actual clause in a digitized copy of the lease. For example, if a user is reading abstract information pertaining to a termination option and they require additional information, they can simply click a button and the system will take them to the actual paragraph in the lease that contains this option information. In addition, the system can provide reporting capabilities that allow a user to report not only for a specific lease, but also across regions, states, and portfolios. The system also integrates with most real estate accounting systems and Argus financial software.
