Aaron has managed a broad range of project types, including large and small format multi-family residential, campus planning, historic renovations and adaptive reuse, Class A office, office to residential conversions, medical and life science, higher education, high-tech chip fabrication, corporate facilities reprogramming, grocery, hospitality, urban co-housing and mixed-use projects. He is responsible for total project management, including facilitating pre-construction, controlling budgets, negotiating contracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to keep all parties focused to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
