Alex Cholet

Alex Cholet joined Lincoln Property Company as a Senior Associate in the Brokerage Services Group in 2022. With all the complexities that come with real estate in and around the nation’s capital, Alex is one of the areas experts. Prior to joining Lincoln, Alex was a Manager of Sales and Growth in residential real estate for one of the highest producing sales teams in the DMV. He also worked with Hashem Realty as their Team Lead on the multi-family and residential real estate side. Additionally, Alex worked as a Tenant Advisor with Tenant Base, where he managed client search for new commercial leases. Alex leased over 100,000 sq. ft. of office, retail, and industrial space in his first year.

Alex attended Towson University where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Economics. He currently holds a real estate Brokerage license in Virginia as well as salesperson licenses in Texas, Virginia, Maryland and DC.
