Andrew Piepgras

Andrew Piepgras is responsible for marketing and leasing of office and office/flex buildings on behalf of various institutional owners in the Denver area for Lincoln Property Company. He specializes in landlord representation specifically focusing on the CBD, West and Southeast suburban submarkets.

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over this period, he has completed more than 600 lease transactions totaling in excess of 6 million sq. ft. Andrew was recognized as the top producer at his last firm for nine of the past twelve years. Andrew’s notable clients include Invesco, KBS, TIAA Cref, Barings, Cornerstone, Broadreach, State of Colorado Land Board, and Pearlmark.
