Andy Burger

Andy Burger leads Lincoln Property Company efforts in North and South Carolina in the leasing of all retail space owned for affiliated third-party developments, as well as assisting the Investments team in evaluating new development or investment opportunities. Andy joined Lincoln in 2009 to work on the Bank of America account, handling the bank’s retail real estate in both North and South Carolina. Since 2013, Andy has been active in tenant representation, having longstanding relationships with many clients including SunTrust/Truist and PNC Bank among others. He also handles Landlord representation in leasing all retail space within Lincoln-owned properties as well as third-party retail leasing for affiliated properties and strategic third-party Landlord clients including Barings, Highwoods and Principal.

Andy started his career as a CPA in the Accounting & Finance department at Harris Teeter’s corporate office. He then transitioned into the Corporate Real Estate Department working in site selection and asset management across the entire Harris Teeter corporate portfolio from D.C. to Florida. In that capacity, he handled asset management, property management, and leasing for all company-owned shopping centers and served as liaison between the company and its third-party Landlords on leased locations. After Harris Teeter, Andy transitioned into brokerage with a large Charlotte firm, managing their third-party tenant representation business.
