Andy VanPelt

Andy VanPelt is the Vice President of Construction at our company, where he leads the development and construction management team. With a background in project management for various construction projects, including an office building, convention center, police station and laboratory building, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. His expertise in reviewing sites and layouts to determine the best and highest use, as well as leading the design and entitlement process, ensures the success of new developments. He also provides valuable support to the property management staff with construction related to asset management and tenant improvements.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Andy worked for a national general contractor, holding various project management roles. His responsibilities included overseeing the project’s financial performance and ensuring that work in the field was properly supported through material deliveries and subcontractor coordination. With his impressive track record, Andy has been involved in high-profile projects such as Nashville Yards, Circle South and Gateway 24.
