Anna Honeycutt

As Executive Vice President and member of the Operating Committee for Lincoln Property Company, Anna Honeycutt is currently responsible for overseeing all functions in accounting and finance. Anna serves in a leadership role providing strategic direction for the accounting teams which provide critical support for transactions and client relationships.

Since joining Lincoln over 17 years ago, Anna has assisted in transactions valued at over $4 billion while overseeing areas of accounting and finance that support the firm’s disciplines in acquisition and development, project management, property and facility management and leasing services. Anna’s contributions and steady leadership were on best display in 2021 as Lincoln Harris completed the global corporate headquarters building for Honeywell International Inc. The project began in 2019 and opened in 2021 during the pandemic. Anna was intimately involved in this project from lease negotiation to its sale in December 2021 on behalf of Lincoln Harris and its partner at Legacy Union, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and their fund investors.
