Bari Nichols

With 40 years of industry experience, including nearly 30 years with Lincoln Property Company, Bari Nichols is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing/financing associated with development projects, managing and negotiating joint venture agreements, and providing asset management oversight for projects in which Lincoln has an equity interest. Bari also has experience working on successful rezoning and entitlement processes related to Lincoln’s development projects. In addition, Bari oversees the firm’s National Receivership Services Practice, and provides advisory services and guidance for receivership projects of all property types across the country.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 1994, Bari worked as a Principal/Contract Manager for AMRESCO in McLean, Virginia and as a Vice President with the real estate group NCNB Texas National Bank in Dallas, Texas.
