Ben Hickey joined Lincoln Property Company since 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Associate with the firm’s Austin, Texas office. Within the Tenant Advisory team, Ben plays a critical role using his expertise to solve clients’ real estate requirements throughout the greater Austin area. His comprehensive approach encompasses thorough market research, lease negotiations, and strategic space planning—all aimed at securing financial benefits for his clientele.

Before his move to Austin in 2024, Ben amassed seven years of invaluable experience in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia as part of both the tenant advisory and General Services Administration (GSA) teams. This diverse regional experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of varying real estate markets and client needs.
