Ben Lindgren

Ben Lindgren is an Associate at Lincoln Property Company, where he joined the team in 2023. With a focus on acquisitions and development opportunities in the Northwest region, Ben brings a strong background in real estate appraisal and multifamily sales to his role. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable member of the Lincoln team, and he looks forward to continuing to drive success in the Northwest market.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ben honed his skills at Kroll’s Seattle office, where he worked on appraisals for various asset types across the Northwest and Northern California. He then moved on to CBRE as part of their Institutional Multifamily Sales team, where he specialized in stabilized, lease-up and development opportunities in Washington, Oregon and Utah.
