Benjamin Bucci

Benjamin Bucci is the Executive Vice President and Market Leader of New Jersey at Lincoln Property Company where he oversees acquisitions and development as well as all business operations across the region. This includes Lincoln’s scalable solutions of acquisitions, leasing, tenant representation, development and property management services.

Prior to his role as Executive Vice President, Benjamin was the Senior Vice President of the San Diego market at Lincoln, overseeing acquisitions and transactions. Benjamin was instrumental in driving the firm’s local portfolio growth through strategic acquisitions and investments across various risk spectrums. Throughout his career, Benjamin has been involved in approximately $2.5 billion in acquisition and disposition volume, overseeing over 1 million sq. ft. of developments and pre-commit transactions, which encompass office, R&D, and industrial properties. Additionally, he has served as an advisor and transaction leader for over $2 billion in investment sales and capital markets transactions.

Before joining Lincoln in 2020, Benjamin held the role of Acquisitions Associate at Westcore Properties, where he was accountable for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities. He also gained experience at Newmark, Cornish & Carey as an Associate Director of Investment Sales and worked as a Real Estate Analyst for HFF.
