As a Executive Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, Brett Phillips currently serves as Director of Development and is responsible for strategic and operational performance for Development and Project Management Services in North and South Carolina. Prior to his current role, Brett led the Lincoln Project Management team as the Platform Director on Bank of America account. He was responsible for leading a team of 80 Project Professionals throughout the Southeast footprint of 24 million sq. ft. Brett has gained expertise in due diligence, contracts, pro forma establishment, and overall tracking of financial targets. In this capacity, Brett acted as Development Consultant for Bank of America on 1BAC and the Ritz-Carlton Development.
Previously, Brett worked in various positions for Lincoln in its New Orleans, Dallas, and Austin offices. His focus was on development and construction of investment properties, including Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Medical, and Condominium towers. Brett has directly overseen the development of more than 15 million sq. ft. of speculative development and build-to-suit opportunities.
