Charlie Giammalva

Charlie Giammalva is the Executive Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, where he has been a key member of the team since 1992. He was responsible for opening the company’s Houston office and has since grown it to manage over 12 million sq. ft. of commercial space and employ a team of 75 professionals. With a focus on office and industrial properties, Charlie’s expertise also extends to leasing, property management, asset management and construction management. He brings extensive experience in ground-up development and acquisition of existing commercial properties.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Charlie spent four years at Trammell Crow Company. During his time there, he honed his skills in the commercial real estate industry, setting the foundation for his success at Lincoln Property Company. Throughout his career, Charlie has been involved in notable deals, including the 1.1 million sq. ft. class A office building, Heritage Plaza, in Houston’s CBD. He also played a crucial role in the sale of 1500 Louisiana to Chevron and secured major tenants such as EOG Resources, Tudor Pickering and Southwest Bank of Texas (now known as Amegy Bank).
