Chase Prospere

Chase Prospere is a Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company and helps oversee the operations of the North Texas office. His responsibilities include development, acquisition, financing, and site due diligence on commercial and mixed-use opportunities. Chase has extensive experience managing projects from entitlement, early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction.

Chase began his career as an intern at Lincoln and has worked as an Analyst, Associate and Vice President in the Capital Markets covering the country.
