Chris Axley

Chris Axley has worked with Lincoln Property Company since 2011 and brings with him over 27 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Having worked on both the tenant representation and landlord representation side, it gives Chris a unique perspective into the intricacies of a lease transaction.

He began his career in 1996 at Swearingen Realty Group, he then went to the Trammell Crow Company, where he specialized in the leasing of downtown CBD high-rises, as well as suburban office buildings. He has since gone on to work in all major Dallas Fortworth submarkets and has specialized in leasing Class A suburban office buildings in Far North Dallas, Frisco/Legacy, Lower Tollway, Preston Center, Uptown and Downtown. Chris has completed over 5 million sq. ft. of lease transactions valued at over $500 million in total revenue. Select clients include Innovatus Capital Partners, NY Life Insurance Company, Terracap, Cohen & Steers, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Phoenix Property Company, USAA Real Co.
