Chris Wessen

Chris Wessen joined Lincoln Property Company’s Boston office in 2021. He oversees the Life Sciences Property Management group for the region, working to bring excellence in execution to our clients as we drive value through thoughtful, practical and meticulous management practices.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris worked as Associate Vice President of Property Management on an 8 million-sq.-ft. management portfolio with Newmark for the Boston market. Prior to Newmark, Chris worked with Jamestown on the Innovation and Design Building as that project underwent significant redevelopment from a downtrodden warehouse to a vibrant 1.3 million-sq.-ft. technology, laboratory, and innovation hub at the tip of Boston’s Seaport District. Chris has spent his career working in Property Management since 2006 on assets or various scale as both an Owner/Operator and Third Party Manager.
