Christian Tober

With nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including five years with Lincoln Property Company, Christian Tober supports the firm’s acquisitions, development, redevelopment, and asset management-related activities in Orange County, California.

As Senior Vice President and a key member of the Orange County market, Christian brings extensive experience providing comprehensive due diligence support, and has facilitated the acquisition and development of all commercial product types. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has been involved in the acquisition and strategic execution of over $400 million of office, industrial, and retail properties, while overseeing the completion of more than 200 lease transactions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Christian worked at HFF, focusing on the underwriting, marketing, and closing of more than $1 billion of debt/equity for commercial property.
