Christopher Wittmann is Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. He joined in 2007 and is responsible for tenant representation, sales, and building agency leasing. Christopher also manages corporate real estate services including the development of user requirements, location selection, lease negotiations, sales and acquisitions, relocation management, and post-occupancy evaluation.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State, Christopher brings over 20 years of experience representing tenants and landlords in New York City. His expertise spans across institutional and entrepreneurial clients throughout the Tri-State area, encompassing industries such as finance, technology, fashion, education, advertising, government, legal, and non-profit sectors.

One of Christopher’s notable achievements includes the successful leasing of 259 Tenth Avenue in 2010. This 250,000 sq. ft. Cass Gilbert designed loft building in West Chelsea became the first location for Avenues: The World School. This achievement was recognized by Crain’s New York as one of the top 15 leasing transactions.

In 1997, Christopher co-founded TechSpace Inc, a pioneering venture capital-backed national co-working company. Commencing with its inaugural location in Union Square NYC, he spearheaded the nationwide expansion and development across major urban centers such as Boston, Miami, San Francisco, and Austin, Texas. TechSpace gained widespread recognition in various publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and the Austin Business Journal. Prior to commercial real estate he worked in production for CBS Sports in New York.
