Cindy Cooper

Cindy Cooper serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting for for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. Cindy has over 30 years of experience with public and private real estate investments in various asset types including multifamily, commercial office, hospitality, land, industrial and healthcare.

Prior to Lincoln’s CAS group, Cindy was Chief Accounting Officer for Mill Creek Residential Trust, LLC, which develops, builds, acquires, and operates high-quality apartment communities partnering with institutional investors. Previously she was Director of Finance for MedProperties and before that, Senior Vice President for Behringer, a company that creates, manages, and distributes alternative investment programs for individual and institutional investors investing more than $11 billion in domestic and international assets. Prior to Behringer, she was Vice President & Controller for CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate, COMPASS Management & Leasing, and Equitable Real Estate, providing third party management and investment advisory services to institutional investors. Cindy began her public accounting experience with Deloitte, primarily with banking, insurance, and real estate clients.
