Colin Beecham

Colin Beecham brings a wealth of expertise in industrial leasing and development to his role as an Associate within Lincoln Property Company’s Industrial Leasing and Development Group. With a focus on representing landlords in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Colin is known for his strong attention to detail and strategic approach to marketing and leasing industrial properties. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia and a member of both the Atlanta Commercial Boards of Realtors (ACBR) and the Young Council of Realtors (YCR).

Colin’s passion for real estate began during his time at the University of Georgia, where he earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate. During his studies, he interned at a prominent Atlanta real estate firm and also co-founded a non-profit organization called Jam for Cam. This 501(c)3 organization has raised over $650,000 for various charities in memory of Colin’s late friend and his battle with cancer. Colin currently serves on the Board of Directors for Jam for Cam, showcasing his commitment to giving back to the community.
