Courtney Davenport

Courtney Davenport is a highly accomplished Vice President and Regional Director for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group, with responsibility for the Florida region. She holds an impressive portfolio of 2.8 million sq. ft. for six clients and several medical condo associations, while achieving a consistent occupancy rate of 81%. With her expertise in due diligence activities, acquisitions, dispositions, capital project management, accounts receivable and payable, reporting compliance, budget preparation, CAM reconciliations and financial analysis she can ensure the day-to-day operations of the properties runs smoothly.

Before her current role at Lincoln, Courtney was an Associate Director for Welltower Inc. where she handled a multi-state A-rated medical office building portfolio located across West Florida to Maryland consisting of 1.2 million sq. ft. She was instrumental in maximizing the portfolio return rate by minimizing loss and CAM leakage while simultaneously working with executive teams to create strategic goals and initiatives.
