Dan Reidy

Dan Reidy leads Lincoln Property Company’s ground-up industrial development efforts in the Midwest. In his role, Dan is responsible for the comprehensive execution of projects, encompassing site identification and acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, capitalization, and leasing. His holistic approach ensures that each project is meticulously managed from inception to completion, currently overseeing over $125 million in industrial development projects.

Before joining Lincoln, Dan honed his expertise as a Vice President at JLL, where he excelled in national industrial property tenant representation. He successfully executed projects for prominent clients such as XPO, FedEx Ground, USPS, and DuPont. His tenure at JLL also included owner’s representation and build-to-suit site selection and acquisition for a diverse range of clients including Michigan State University, the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the FBI.
