David C. Weaver

David C. Weaver is a seasoned property management professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. As Director of Property Management for Lincoln Property Company’s Austin market, David is responsible for overseeing the fiscal and physical operations of Lincoln’s managed portfolio on behalf of clients and manages a team of 25 team professionals.

Throughout his impressive career, David has gained extensive experience in various Texas markets, including Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. He has held senior management and director positions at companies such as Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, GE Capital, PacTrust, the Patrinely Group and CarrAmerica REIT. With a background in accounting, construction and project management and property and facilities management, David has a diverse skill set that allows him to excel in managing various types of properties, including mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties.

David is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 1992. He is also a board member and 2001 Past President of IREM Austin. In addition, David holds a license as a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and a BA in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. With his expertise, experience and notable affiliations, David is an invaluable member of our team, bringing exceptional leadership and insight to our property management services.
