Denton Shamburger is a highly accomplished and experienced Senior Vice President and leader of the industrial platform at Lincoln Property Company’s Atlanta market. With a focus on ground-up development projects and industrial third-party marketing and leasing assignments, Denton has spearheaded over 15 projects since 2018, totaling over 5,000,000 sq. ft. His expertise lies in site selection, as well as horizontal and vertical development. Clients can trust in his knowledge and dedication to delivering successful and efficient projects.

With over 20 years in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Denton is a licensed real estate professional and a member of the prestigious ACBR Million Dollar Club. He has also been recognized as a top ten producer three times and has received the ACBR Phoenix Award. Prior to his current role, Denton specialized in land brokerage and site selection and worked as a broker focused on third party leasing of office, industrial and land.
