Derek Lewis

Derek Lewis joined Lincoln Property Company to lead the Tenant Representation effort and drive development, leasing and property management. Derek specializes in interim, long-range and budgetary objectives of corporate tenant’s facility requirements. In this capacity, Derek’s professional objectives allow for lease, purchase, build-to-suit and buy-leasebacks on behalf of his clients. Derek’s primary focus is office and industrial tenant representation.

Prior to joining Lincoln in February 2016, Mr. Lewis served as a Partner and Managing Director of Stream’s Tenant Representation group. Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Derek developed a background in Public Policy working both in Texas and Washington, D.C. Derek served as a political appointee to the Administration of President George H.W. Bush (41). During this period, he served in the International Trade Administration of the Department of Commerce, the Presidential Advance Team as well as the Republican National Committee. Once back in Texas, Derek became the Executive Director of the National Council of Contractors Association (NCCA). Derek was the Legislative Liaison for the association’s program initiatives.
