Diego Juncadella

Diego Juncadella is the Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s operations in South Florida. Since 2017, he has assisted in identifying investment potential through the research, analysis, valuation and purchase of over 2.5 million sq. ft. of industrial and office assets and in growing Lincoln’s property management platform locally from 1.8 million sq. ft. in 2017 to over 5 million sq. ft. in 2023.

With extensive experience in the industry, Diego oversees all real estate activities in the area and has been instrumental in identifying valuable investment opportunities. In South Florida he has assisted in taking on over $200 million in new development projects for commercial, industrial and multi-family assets and has been involved in design and project management oversight.
