Doug Klocke

Doug Klocke oversees all phases of real estate development, serving as the primary customer contact and manager of all real estate improvement projects from conception to completion, including shell development, tenant improvements and asset repositioning. Doug directs the project design team, manages city and local government approvals, and oversees construction, costs, schedule, and quality.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Doug held positions with The Whiting-Turner Contractor Company and Trammel Crow Residential. He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds an EIT in Civil Engineering.
