Ellison C. Patten

Ellison Patten has nearly 30 years of experience in the Greater Boston commercial real estate market and is a Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company’s Suburban Brokerage Group. His efforts focus primarily on the leasing of commercial properties in the 495 Industrial Market and 128 South Market.

Prior to joining Lincoln’s Suburban Brokerage Group in 2002, Ellison held the title of Vice President at Peter Elliot, LLC. He has represented numerous national and local landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial, R&D, & flex real estate. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and is a licensed broker in the Commonwealth.
