Emily Johnson Moghadam

Emily Johnson Moghadam joined Lincoln Property Company in 2008 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President of System Client Services for the Corporate Advisory & Solutions group hospital system accounts. She also acts as the head of the Lincoln’s CAS Lease Administration Center of Excellence to enhance process efficiency, standardize best practices, and deliver high quality services. She is continually involved in the implementation of policies and procedures externally for clients, as well as internally for Lincoln. In addition, Emily directly oversees the Compliance and Lease Administration department. To further support internal compliance and mitigate operational risk, she also helps manage Lincoln’s internal audit program.

Emily’s experience includes lease transactions, hospital and physician acquisitions and divestitures, Stark and Anti-Kickback leasing and operational compliance, on-boarding and transitioning of new lease administration accounts, conflict resolution and client support.
