As Senior Vice President of Leasing at Lincoln Property Company, Ethan Bernardi represents both office/industrial-flex tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. As a Washington, D.C. native, he leverages his in-depth market expertise and close relationships in the construction, architecture and management consulting businesses to assist clients, ensuring successful transactions and post-occupancy satisfaction.

Ethan has extensive experience working with local and national firms throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. Prior to joining Lincoln as Senior Vice President of Maryland Leasing, he was employed with Transwestern where he represented both office/industrial-flex tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Principal at HBW Group, where he managed the day-to-day activities of the firm’s brokerage division and forged relationships with landlords including Lerner Enterprises, Ronald D. Paul Companies, The Tower Companies, Willco Companies and Foulger-Pratt.
