Gary Kobus

Gary Kobus joined Lincoln Property Company in 1998, and has more than 34 years of real estate investment management experience. At Lincoln, Gary is responsible for development of investment strategies, partnership structures, and capital raising with institutional investors. He has experience in the office, industrial, retail, data center, multi-family and medical office sectors. Since 2001, Gary has acquired more than $2.5 billion and disposed of $1.3 billion of office, industrial, and data center real estate assets on behalf of state pension funds.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 1998, Gary worked at LaSalle Partners and Heitman. Gary served as Portfolio Manager for three commingled funds and three separate accounts while working at Heitman. Gary earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin and his MBA at Northwestern University.
