Gina Abbott

With 20+ years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry, Gina Abbott leads the Property Management division for Lincoln Property Company’s Western U.S. Region providing oversight for all owned and third-party assets managed across California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah. She provides leadership, mentoring, and financial and operational support for the 175+ regional Property Management professionals who serve the company’s owner/ investor clients and partners.

Gina also assists the region’s Head of Engineering to ensure the seamless integration of 30+ regional Engineering professionals with the Lincoln’s Property Management team. Through hands-on training and guidance, she helps the combined team deliver premier service and optimize the performance of 225+ assets and 35+ million sq. ft. across the west. Gina is expanding the firm’s operational and property management platform by developing initiatives, tools, and best practices to provide cost savings and improve service delivery for all clients, tenants, and properties in our care. She is also focused on effective account management for the firm’s larger owner clients, including those with multiple assets in one or more markets in the west, and with national portfolios that span multiple states. She is committed to leveraging Lincoln’s resources, relationships, and expertise to best support our clients and ensure optimal outcomes.

Prior to joining the company in 2018, Gina served as a Director and Portfolio Manager for some of the top commercial real estate firms in the U.S., and was responsible for leading portfolio and property management teams throughout Los Angeles. Her depth of experience, innovative solutions, and customer service focus are an added benefit to clients, partners, tenants, and the broader team.
