Jack Galvin joined Lincoln Property Company’s Boston team in June 2022. As an Associate on the Urban Brokerage Team, he is focused on representing both Landlords and Tenants in the Boston and Cambridge markets. Jack specializes in tenant advisory services for early stage and growth-oriented life science and technology companies.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Jack worked as an associate at Colliers on the Life Science team, and a director at The Steele Group focusing primarily on Tenant representation. Notably, Jack represented Thrive Networks as they expanded nationally, negotiating deals in New York, Florida, Maine and New Jersey.
A graduate of Boston College with a degree in economics, Jack brings a strong financial background to lease negotiations, financial analysis, strategic planning and market analysis.
