Jack Pezzulla

Jack Pezzulla is a leasing associate with Lincoln Property Company, having joined in the summer of 2022. His primary focus lies in tenant representation, where he assists a diverse clientele—including private, public, and government-contracted companies—with strategic planning and lease negotiation for office and industrial transactions. Jack also brings experience in owner representation to the table, adeptly handling the marketing and leasing of Flex and Industrial spaces in Northern Virginia for Lincoln’s clients.

His previous experience includes a tenure as an on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist with Bozzuto in Washington, DC, where his responsibilities ranged from leasing apartments to community marketing and organizing monthly resident events.
