Janet Axtman

With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate management, Janet Axtman is a seasoned leader in the field. As a Senior Vice President and Alliance Director for a non-profit healthcare system in North and South Carolina, Janet oversees a diverse portfolio of 9 million sq. ft., including medical offices, pharmacies, surgery centers, specialty clinics and distribution centers. Her team provides a range of services, from engineering and property management to financial deal analysis and brokerage services. Under Janet’s leadership, the portfolio and services have seen significant growth over the past nine years.

Prior to her current role, Janet served as the Corporate Real Estate Manager for a regional environmental engineering firm in Minneapolis, MN. She also held the position of Director of Real Estate & Facility Management Analytics & Service Excellence in the financial sector for LH. Her expertise in strategy and people management has enabled her to achieve the client’s goals and drive success for her team. Janet is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, highlighting her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
