Jenny Anderson

Jenny Anderson joined Lincoln Property Company in 2008 as a Senior Property Manager, and since joining the company has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management. Jenny oversees the operation of the Northern Virginia commercial portfolio consisting of approximately 20,000,000 sq. ft. Jenny has an exceptional knowledge of all aspects of Property Management and has 20 years of experience in real estate.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2008, Jenny worked for CB Richard Ellis where she had direct management responsibility for 6 Class A commercial office buildings in Northern Virginia. She handled owner and tenant relations, preparation and oversight of operating and capital budgets, contract negotiations, financial reporting, and supervision of staff, tenant alterations, and property operations.
