John Crowell

As Senior Vice President, John Crowell is an active and contributing member of the senior management group at Lincoln Property Company. He is responsible for the management of staffing allocations, resources and company/division P&L, along with cultivating, developing and diversifying the property management and engineering services team in North and South Carolina. John oversees key personnel to ensure the delivery of quality client services and experiences. Fundamental services include contract negotiation, vendor management, coordination of tenant improvements, risk management, annual budget preparation, financial reporting, variance analysis, reconciliation of operating expenses and financial reforecasting to provide clients with the necessary tools to manage cash flow and NOI on a broader platform. John brings over 17 years of relevant real estate and property management experience and a broad knowledge base of this industry. He’s an excellent representative of the Property Management and Engineering teams who provide unparalleled service to our clients, tenants and customers.

As Vice President – Senior Property Manager, Mr. Crowell’s primary focus and responsibility was Legacy Union, a 10-acre urban mixed-use site in Uptown Charlotte. John was the driving force behind development to operations transitions, and since 2016 he managed and oversaw the delivery and transition of approximately 2 million sq. ft. of Class A office, retail and parking. Including Bank of America Tower, Legacy Union SIX50 (Deloitte Office Tower), Honeywell’s global headquarters office tower and the area’s largest parking garage, Legacy Union – SEVEN20, which spans 2 acres, 14 levels and ~ 3,100 spaces.

Prior to the assignment at Legacy Union, John held the role of Senior Property Manager with Lincoln serving their Investment Client and Corporate Services Group. Management responsibilities encompassing over 1.8 million sq. ft., his Charlotte portfolio included Capitol Towers, Bank of America Corporate Center, Founders Hall, and private aviation hangar facilities at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
