Jordan Smigielski is the Vice President of Construction Management at Lincoln Property Company’s Seattle office, overseeing pre-construction and construction deals. He is also the lead for the firm’s development pipeline in life science projects. With over 19 years of commercial construction project management experience, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His background includes working with General Contractors in Seattle and Los Angeles, overseeing the construction of various projects such as museums, multi-family residential buildings and concert halls.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jordan has successfully managed the construction of 443,000 sq. ft. of life science and office space, as well as tenant improvements, including complex wet, dry and vivaria uses. Notable projects under his supervision include the University District Station Building at the University of Washington, Cascadian Life Science and 222 5th Ave Life Science in Seattle. He has also worked on a variety of projects such as the Millwright District at the Port of Everett and the 800 Stewart Resi/Office Tower in Seattle. With a background in Building Construction Management and a specialization in Residential Construction Management from Purdue University, as well as executive training from The Anderson School at UCLA, Jordan brings a unique perspective and expertise to Lincoln’s construction team.
