Julie Cornelius

Julie Cornelius serves as Managing Director of Lincoln Property Company for the Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico markets, directly overseeing the management, leasing, and project management of 24 million sq. ft. of Class A office and industrial product. She is also responsible for client relations, operational issues, recruitment and development of top talent, and delivery of property management services.

With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and an employee with Lincoln since 2019, Julie has a passion for creating and implementing innovative solutions across a variety of real estate service platforms. Julie began her career as an associate attorney at a law firm specializing in construction defect and insurance defense claims. Prior to joining Lincoln, she held positions with CBRE and Ryan Companies.
