Kevin Higgins

Kevin Higgins is Vice President of Construction and Engineering for Lincoln Property Company. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. He oversees all aspects of Engineering and Construction for Lincoln’s assignments in Houston.

Throughout his extensive career, Kevin has held direct responsibility for managing notable commercial properties, including Wells Fargo Plaza (1.7 million sq. ft.), One Shell Plaza (1.5 million sq. ft.), Amoco Center (1.25 million sq. ft.), Marathon Oil Tower (1.2 million sq. ft.), and Bank One Center (800,000 sq. ft.). He has also played key roles in major projects such as the Houston Galleria Shopping Center, in addition to a diverse range of commercial, retail, and industrial projects varying from 30,000 to 750,000 sq. ft.
