Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan joined Lincoln Property Company’s Arlington team in 2013. He currently manages the Construction Project Management department for the mid-Atlantic region, which includes planning all phases of the construction life cycle, working with Engineers and Architects to develop project plans, creating project timelines, enlisting resources for production of the end product, managing budget limits, and ensuring timely completion of the projects.

Prior to Lincoln, Kevin worked at various companies in the construction industry, including General Contractors and his own firm.
