Kevin Wyatt is a seasoned executive and real estate professional at Lincoln Property Company, with over 38 years of experience in the industry. As Executive Vice President and co-head of the Houston office at Lincoln, Kevin has a proven track record of success in major project office building leasing, industrial leasing and industrial project development. He has represented numerous major corporate clients, including ING Baring, MetLife, Manufacturers Life and New York Life. Kevin’s notable projects include Wells Fargo Plaza, Energy Crossing and CityNorth, among others. He is also a licensed real estate professional and a member of prominent organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Kevin’s expertise and dedication have earned him recognition in the industry, including being named a CRE “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal multiple times. He is also a recipient of the NAIOP “Deal of the Year” award for his work on the Exterran Center project. Prior to joining Lincoln, Kevin began his career at Coldwell Banker where he represented office and industrial building landlords.
