Kyle Bell

Kyle Bell is a member of Lincoln Property Company’s Baltimore Leasing Team, where, along with his partner, Brent Prossner, is responsible for leasing a current landlord portfolio over 3.2 million sq. ft. in the Baltimore and Washington, DC Metropolitan regions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Kyle worked in leasing at CB Richard Ellis and Cresa in Baltimore and provided landlord and tenant leasing advisory services, market research, and business development. Subsequently, he served as a land acquisition associate at The Southern Land Company and was responsible for identifying and securing properties for purchase and development.

Bell also managed real estate portfolios for ARINC (over 1,000 sites) and Lockheed Martin Properties in Baltimore, where he managed the real estate team responsible for a portfolio of 250 leased properties for the Information Systems and Global Solutions divisions.
