As Sustainability Strategist at Lincoln Property Company, Lindsey Pierson leads a team of seasoned professionals in the development and implementation of robust client-specific Sustainability programs with a sharp focus on environmental sustainability. To that end, she and her team have created a customizable client-centric Sustainability playbook that allows Lincoln to meet the unique goals of clients across asset classes. By leveraging innovative technologies and strategies for energy efficiency and decarbonization across operating assets and development projects, Lindsey is propelling Lincoln’s most forward-thinking Sustainability programs and service offerings.

With a background in project management, Lindsey is dedicated to fostering collaboration across all departments at Lincoln to enhance our Sustainability program. She employs a data-driven approach to Sustainability, emphasizing the aggregation, quality control, and analysis of Sustainability data for ongoing program evolvement and utilization in internal and external reporting. She has led the effort in registering Lincoln as a WELL at Scale Partner, Fitwel Champion, and participant in the LEED Volume program for Industrial Assets.
