Margaret Hand

Margaret Hand is Vice President and Regional Director for the Western Region at Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group and is a Nevada Real Estate Broker.

Her primary areas of specialty are Healthcare Project Leasing, Healthcare Tenant Construction and Healthcare Property Management, in which she manages over 10 million sq. ft. Her responsibilities include operations and supervision of six Property Management offices in Nevada, El Paso, California, and Utah. Margaret has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been with Lincoln since 2009.
