Margee Parker is a highly accomplished Senior Vice President of Property Management, currently leading the management team in DC, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Margee’s management portfolio includes over 60 million sq. ft. of commercial product, and a team of over 200 managers and support staff. In this role, she is responsible for establishing Lincoln’s strategic initiatives, operational policy, financial review, project onboarding, and client relationships.
Prior to joining LPC, Margee was with Trammell Crow Company. With a career spanning over two decades, Margee has established herself as a top leader within the Property Management division. Her exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making have resulted in the successful management of numerous properties, contributing to her growth and success at Lincoln.
