Mark Dwyer

Mark Dwyer joined Lincoln Property Company in 2008 and has over 20 years of brokerage experience in the Denver market. Focusing not only on Lincoln’s industrial and office leasing efforts, Mark also represents both Tenant and Landlords in third party transactions, as well as Owner user and investment sellers and buyers. Mark has also assisted multiple national banks with the disposition of REO assets. Mark’s experience and expertise in industrial and office real estate field has allowed Lincoln to further expand their services and better understand the market throughout the Front Range.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mark worked with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as the Leasing Director responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of a five million square foot industrial portfolio. Mark spent seven years with CB Richard Ellis/Trammell Crow.
